Do you issue official invoices?
Yes. We issue electronic invoices (facturas) with RUC, valid for corporate expense declarations and taxes in Ecuador.
What is the minimum stay?
Most properties have a 1 night minimum. Monthly stays get our best rates.
Is early check-in possible?
Subject to availability. Contact us the day before and we will do our best. Standard check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-in is fully autonomous — the building has 24/7 reception and security on site to assist you on arrival.
