FROM ONE APARTMENT
TO A PORTFOLIO

Estancia began with a single long-term rental in Puerto Santa Ana. When the opportunity came to test short-term rentals on Airbnb, Axel and Dalton took the leap — and kept growing.

"The goal was never to own the most properties. It was to make every property feel like it was designed for the person staying in it."

Dalton's background in real estate gave the operation its foundation. Axel's hands-on involvement from the start gave it its edge. Today Estancia GYE manages 13 properties across Guayaquil.

How we got here
2023
First property in Puerto Santa Ana
Axel and Dalton took over the first apartment in Riverfront 1. First direct booking came through WhatsApp.
2023
Expanded to Riverfront 2
Three more properties added. Smart locks, weekly cleaning protocols and a standardized welcome process introduced.
2024
First corporate client
First company booked directly for their staff staying in Guayaquil. Invoicing with RUC activated.
2024
Bellini Torre 1 — Suite 1503
15th floor suite with total panoramic river views added — the premium flagship of the portfolio.
2025
Estancia GYE launches
All properties unified under the Estancia GYE brand. Website launched, direct booking system live.

Axel and Dalton are a father-and-son duo from Guayaquil. Dalton brings decades of experience in real estate brokerage and business ownership. Axel joined while finishing his university degree.
